When you receive a job request notification, log into your SIFU24 account and go to your dashboard. Under "New Leads," you'll see all pending requests. Click on the request to view details and use the "Respond" button to accept, decline, or ask for more information. We recommend responding within 4 hours for the best results.

SIFU24 charges a small service fee for each completed job. The fee is calculated as a percentage of the total job value and varies based on your professional tier and job category. Standard tier professionals pay 10-15%, while Premium and Elite tiers pay reduced rates of 7-12% and 5-10% respectively. You can view the exact fee for each job before accepting it.

Professional tiers are based on a combination of job completion, customer ratings, and platform activity. To upgrade from Standard to Premium tier, maintain a 4.5+ star rating across at least 20 completed jobs within a 6-month period. For Elite tier, maintain a 4.8+ star rating across 50+ completed jobs within a 12-month period with a job acceptance rate of at least 80%.

Payments are processed within 3 business days after a job is marked as complete and the customer has confirmed completion. If a customer does not confirm completion within 72 hours, the job is automatically marked as complete, and payment processing begins. Funds typically appear in your linked bank account within 1-3 business days after processing, depending on your bank.

To expand your service area, go to your profile settings and select "Service Areas." You can add additional zip codes or cities where you're willing to work. You can set different travel fees for different distances. Remember that expanding too wide may reduce your ranking in search results for areas far from your primary location, so focus on areas you can reasonably service.
